Cancellation and Refund Policy:
To cancel your order and request a refund, please ensure that you contact us before uploading any documents. For non-urgent applications, the cancellation request must be made within 2 hours of order success. In the case of urgent applications, the request must be made within 30 minutes. Please note that a refund may be subject to an administrative fee of up to $20.
Once our Service/Support Team receives confirmation of your application ID from the Government or the respective department/agency, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. Once your application/document process/ETA, etc., order has been sent to your email address, we are unable to reimburse the viza/application/service/support fee.
It is crucial that you provide us with accurate information required for your viza/application/document process at the time of submission. Our Service Team cannot be held responsible for any incorrect viza/ETA, letter documents granted or denied entry due to inaccurate information, and any resulting losses. While we will make every effort to rectify any issues with the viza/ETA, letter documents prior to departure, no refund will be issued if false or incorrect information was provided at the time of submission.
We strongly recommend that you verify the information on your viza/ETA, letter documents with your passport and personal details before your departure or any other relevant event.
The refund amount will be determined according to the cancellation policy outlined above, and the refund will be processed accordingly to the original payment method.
Please note that the refund process may take 25-90 days, or in certain cases, up to 180 days, due to payment gateway/banking procedures. The funds will be credited to the account used during the order process in the most timely manner possible. If the refund is issued to a Credit/Debit Card account or a Bank account, any associated bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refundability of Purchases:
To be eligible for a refund, you must request the cancellation of your order within 2 hours of order success before any documents are uploaded. In special cases where the Government or another department rejects your viza application/document process/ETA, etc. due to unforeseen or specific reasons, our Online Service Team will only refund the service fee (excluding the Government fee).
Please be aware that as of March 5, 2020, PayPal or other payment gateways will no longer reimburse the fees they charge to customers or merchants in the event of a refund. You can find more information about this in our updated policy on the PayPal payment gateway website.
Eligibility Criteria for the E-Tourist Visa
Following criteria must be met by all the applicants to be eligible to apply for the Indian Online visa facility.
Purpose Visit
The visa is specifically for individuals who are tourists, visiting their friends or relatives, or seeking short-term medical treatment. It is essential for travelers to have a valid reason for their visit to India, and engaging in activities such as employment or journalism is not allowed under this particular visa category.
Passport Validity
It is necessary for the applicants to possess a passport that remains valid for a minimum period of six months starting from their arrival date in order to meet the requirement of the Indian e-visa. It is also imperative that the passport contains a total of at least two blank pages designated specifically for the purpose of immigration stamps.
Return Ticket
Visitors must possess a return ticket or an an onward journey ticket to demonstrate intention of leaving India within allowed stay duration.

Online Application

Paying Fees
The processing fee for the E-Tourist Visa varies based on the nationality of the applicant and duration of the visa applied for. This must be paid online through the secure payment gateway provided on the application portal. Once the payment is successful, an email is sent to the applicant’s registered email address given in the application.
Email Confirmation and Visa Approval

Once the e-visa is granted another email shall be sent with the E-Tourist Visa Grant letter. It is mandatory to print out this letter and keep it ready to show along with other travel documents wherever it is required to furnished during the trip to India
